Writers Are Weird Tag

I had hoped today’s post would be a My Thrill Club unboxing, but I have yet to receive my July box. They are running a bit behind this month. So instead I’m bringing forth another fun writing related tag post. I found this by YouTube recommendation with the video for the original creator of the tag, Elliot Brooks. It was fun, easy, and maybe a little awkward to answer. So grab that cup of tea (or your beverage of choice) and I hope you enjoy reading my answers!

The Writing Rituals Tag

Despite that it was originally created back in 2017 by authors Kim Chance and Mandi Lynn, I just recently stumbled over this nine question writing tag. I actually watched another author’s response to it in a video, which led me to seeking out the original source(s) of the tag and of course inspired my doing it on here. I liked the idea of opening up more on my writing process. Plus I also just thought it would be a good way for others to get to know a little more about me as a writer. So if you would like to get to know more about me, then by all means grab a cup of tea (or your beverage of choice) and keep on reading for my answers.

My Writing Process Tag

In making my plans to return to the blogosphere I told myself I wasn’t going to do any tags right away, and when I did I would limit it to maybe one or two a month. So yeah, the plan of not doing a tag post right away went straight out the window. What appealed to me most about this tag is how in depth it is and focused on the actual writing process. Now I know, she literally named this ‘My Writing Process Tag’ – but a lot of writing tags tend to lean on a fluffier cutesy theme with a limit of roughly ten questions. Not that those aren’t fun or informative, but this one just really stood out to me. So without further ado here I suggest you grab a cup of tea (or your choice of beverage) and keep on reading for my answers!

The Hocus Pocus Writing Tag

Just when I convince myself no more tag posts for a while, authors Kim Chance and Destiney Murtaugh go ahead and co-create The Hocus Pocus Writing Tag! The perfect tag to do given Halloween is just around the corner now. I mean first off, if you’ve read my Fall Favorites Tag post then you already know I love this movie. Secondly, it’s a solid writing tag – so that counts as adding more writing content on here right? You know what, don’t answer that, I’m just going to say yes and move along to answer this eleven question writing tag – and I’m actually going to tag a couple of people to do this specifically.
